The viflow objects processes, information and areas of the open process model can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet and edited there.

1. Click on File – Export – Export common viflow objects.
   
2. Select which objects should be exported and click on the corresponding button.
   The Save As … window opens.
3. Choose a location and name for the Excel spreadsheet and click Save.
    The data is exported to the Excel file.
