Customizing the Graphic Template

Activating a customized Graphic Template

Applies to: viflow (subscription | 9 | 8) | Article: 1589072 | Updated on 30.04.2024

{{gold}}This function is available in the gold edition of viflow  available (not in viflow blue and silver).{{end}}

So that the individually adapted graphic template also appears in the graphics, it must be assigned to the graphic folders. In the default setting, the Default Page graphic template is used for all graphics, as this is assigned to the Processes, Information, Areas folders.

Please note that this function involves extensive editing of graphics in the current process model. The operation cannot be undone. Please make sure to back up the process model beforehand!

In earlier viflow versions, an adapted graphic template had to be "applied" so that the change would also take effect in the existing graphics. This procedure is no longer necessary in viflow – after activation, the graphic template automatically appears in the processes, information or areas to which it was assigned!

If graphics were still open when a new graphic template was assigned to them, viflow recognizes this change and a corresponding message appears above the graphic.

Click on Reload so that the modified graphic template is also loaded in the previously opened graphic.
