In the following tables you will find the names, content and special features of the individual reports and matrices

Changing the output format

Depending on the report type, you can choose from various output formats.

To change the format, open the Reports window in the viflow View menu, then right-click on the desired report and select Properties. You will find the Output format under General.

The default format is marked in bold in the following table.Changing the output format

Report/Matrix	Description/Content	Output format
*Master Shape Usage*	Listing of all master shapes used in the process model with the process graphics in which they are used. Report serves as the basis for the function ››› Merge master shapes	HTML/PDF
*History*	Report with the complete process model history including the individual object versions. The latest process model version is listed first. Details on the history can be found in the chapter ››› Activate and use historization	HTML/PDF
