In the following tables you will find the names, content and special features of the individual reports and matrices.

Changing the output format

Depending on the report typ, you can choose from various output formats.

To change the format, open the Reports window in the viflow View menu, then right-click on the desired report and select Properties. You will find the Output format under General.

The default format is marked in bold in the following table.

Report/Matrix	Description/Content	Output format
*Description / Job Description* (areas)	Report with all details and usages of a space. Report applies only to the selected area.	XLS/HTML/PDF
*Custom Attributes* (areas)	Matrix with all ranges and associated custom attributes. Matrix applies to all areas in the process model.	XLS/HTML/PDF
*Usage* (User)	Report showing how the scope is used in processes. Report applies only to the selected area.	HTML/PDF
*Matrix* (User)	Matrix with the assignment of all users to the areas. Matrix applies to all users in the process model.	HTML/PDF
