Reports for Processes

In the following tables you will find the names, content and special features of the individual reports and matrices.

Changing the output format

Depending on the report typ, you can choose from various output formats.

To change the format, open the Reports window in the viflow View menu, then right-click on the desired report and select Properties. You will find the Output format under General.

The default format is marked in bold in the following table.

Report/Matrix	Description/Content	Output format
*Description*	Detailed description of the selected process. Report applies only to the selected process.	HTML/PDF
*Description with sub-processes*	Detailed description of the selected process including the properties of the sub-processes (all levels from the selected process) Report applies only to the selected process.	HTML/PDF
