viflow DMS does not support direct sending via the Exchange Online e-mail program. But there are two different solutions:
Solution 1
- You use the command nslookup type=MX e-mail domain name to determine the name of the system responsible for receiving e-mails and send the e-mails via port 25 without TLS.

Solution 2:
- You set up an SMTP relay via which viflow DMS sends the emails.
