Templates cannot be added by import

If you want to import a template (*.vssx file, Microsoft Visio) into viflow via the Data – (Import) From Visio file {{1}} menu, the message "Import aborted. No further Master Shapes can be created."
This message only appears if you are using the blue or silver edition of viflow – you need viflow gold to import templates.
If you are already using viflow gold and still get this message, please contact our support.
