The viflow ribbon consists of several parts, which are named as follows in this help:
- The Quick Access Toolbar for direct access to certain functions
- The File tab for managing process models, exporting, printing and opening options
DeleteThe designation "Management-Handbuch Simply AG" used in this example corresponds to the designation used in the ››› Overview window. The term "process model" is used by default.
- The tabs (or "ribbons") Home, Data, View, Reports, Graphic, Insert, Draft, Developer, Add-Ins with various groups that group specific functions together by topic.
If you need more space on the monitor:
The ribbon below the tabs can be automatically minimized by right-clicking the ribbon and choosing Minimize the Ribbon. The bar only becomes visible when you click on the individual tabs and then disappears automatically.
